Law Enforcement.Officers Jefferson, Steiber, and Schreiber ..Officers Steiber, Schreiber and Jefferson were called to the 5th floor balcony where they found an intoxicated man with one leg over the side of the railing. The man was extremely upset about a family argument and attempted to climb over the edge. Officers Steiber, Schreiber and Jefferson were able to prevent a terrible accident by restraining him and safely taking him into custody where he could undergo medical and mental evaluations.
